Title: Sales Support Analyst and General Office Manager
Job Description:
This is a wide and varied position, which requires a working knowledge of retail link, co-management duties at Sam’s Club, extremely proficient at Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Attention to detail, office management, and more.
- Responsible for running Retail Link reports for both Sam’s and Wal-Mart and then converting such data into Excel worksheets to report to the sales team, the buyers, and our represented suppliers.

Develop analytical approaches that support team needs and that integrate with Company systems.

Create ad hoc measures and report formats as required/requested to support analysis.

Provides data and analytical support for presentations and business reviews in addition to product information worksheets, completion of customer MPS forms, and management and organization of product information.

Attend sales calls with specific customer inventory managers on an as needed basis.

Maintain product and supplier databases.

Manage in detail promotional accruals updated weekly.

Manage and schedule product demonstrations.

Key knowledge and experience summary: Retail Link, Co-Management at Sam’s Club, Excel, Word, Power Point, and other computer and numbers skills.
Experience / Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years business analysis

Must have working knowledge of Retail Link, Co-Management at Sam’s Club, proficient at Excel spreadsheets, Word, and PP.

Requires strong quantitative, analytical and computer skills.

Must be able to adapt skills to a wide variety of changing analytical situations.

Must be able to coordinate and prioritize high work volume and pressing time requirements.

Strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to function effectively in a team environment.
