ABOUT THE COMPANY/ POSITION

Client Manager for a company that partners with Walmart to provide valuable insights and recommendations to support Walmart’s strategic marketing and sales initiatives. This role reports into a sales Director on a Team of six. This key position is on site at Walmart two-three days per week.  JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage relationship with Walmart’s ensuring servicing requirements meet or exceed expectations:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven problem solving skills using deductive reasoning, understanding hierarchical relationships and identifying gaps in logic.

Position: Shopper Marketing Manager

Position Summay:

• Accountable for all components of Shopper Marketing program development including – program objectives, P&L forecast, creative brief, agency briefing, program tactic
  approval, estimate approval and budgeting.
• Collaborate with Sales Director;Business Development and Supply Chain to ensure Shopper Marketing programs are aligned with business plan and operating plan.
• Accountable for managing Agency resources to ensure successful execution of Shopper Marketing programs and to ensure that programs achieve forecasted objectives.
• Responsible for Shopper Marketing program analysis in addition to analysis of Competitive programs and pertinent in-market trends.
• Collaborate with Shopper Insights, In-Store COE and Category Leadership to ensure Shopper Marketing programs are insight driven, effectively communicated in-store and in-line withcategory growth strategies.
• Manage Shopper Marketing budget and remain accountable for delivering program Volume and ROI objective

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’sdegree required.  MBA degree a strong plus

  At least 5 years of Brand and/or Integrated Marketing experience

  Consumer Packaged Goods experience required, ideally in food manufacturing

  Successful prior experience working with brand management teams to translate marketing objectives into functional co-marketing or consumer promotion strategies and
  tactics.

• Previous co-marketing  experiences a strong plus.

  Proven ability to multi-task and organize the management of co-marketing/consumer promotion execution

  Proven ability to manage, motivate and lead people.
